Let's Roar For Our Tigers
Only 2200 Tigers remains in our Forests
There were 100,000 majestic Tigers that freely roamed our forests at the beginning of the 19th century, but at the time of Independence in 1947 it were down to 40,000 and today we have only 2200 Tigers in the wild. Literally WTF Right?!?
The Royal Bengal Tiger sub species is in grave danger of extinction. Our future generations may never get to see this majestic creature if we don't act NOW. It's our call of duty to leave the world in a better state than we found it. We take the onus on us to make a difference, Wild Tiger Rum and its supporters pledge a part of profits from their respective business's towards this cause.
We work very closely in two Tiger Reserve area's namely Wayanad and Sathyamangalam both in Southern India.
WTF has a three point agenda at this stage
1. To compensate the villagers / farmers for Livestock kill in the Sathyamangalam Tiger Reserve & Wayanad.
2. Providing equipment for the Forest department to modernise with gear e.g. trap camera, boots, torch etc by working alongside with the on ground conservation organisations.
3. To raise awareness and pile pressure on other organisations, sports teams, brands & corporations that in particular use the Tigers imagery or other wild life animal imagery but yet don't do enough to give back to social initiatives.
